Jimmy Blanchard was a sellers answer to prayer. Our property was on the market, sold and check in hand within three weeks. It would have been faster if hurricane Irma had not visited, but ever so, it was a wonderful selling experience. I live in NY and the property was in FL so it is not always easy to negotiate the different state requirements. Jimmy took care of all the details and I would highly recommended him to any person with real estate to sell who is looking for results
